Paris Hilton's New Year's Eve 'Niche'

Socialite Paris Hilton and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt (The Hills) were among Niche Media CEO Jason Binn's guests at Aspen Peak's New Year's Eve party at the Hotel Jerome. The Microsoft Bing-sponsored affair is a tradition for Binn, whose other magazine properties include Gotham/Michigan Avenue/L.A. Confidential. Other celebrities on hand included supermodel Heidi Klum, husband Seal and singer John Oates (the "Oates" of Hall & Oates). Hilton's partying, we presume,
became more subdued following
the Jan. 4 death of Casey Johnson.
The two, as heirs to the respective
Hilton and Johnson & Johnson fortunes,
were close friends.

Aww! It’s Heidi Klum & Seal’s First Kiss Of The New Year!
Can’t you just feel the love between these two?

Heidi Klum and hubby Seal are just the cutest. Here they are planting a big New Year’s Eve smooch on one another at a party hosted by Niche Media’s Aspen Peak magazine and Microsoft Bing at Aspen’s Hotel Jerome. During a time when so many Hollywood marriages are falling apart, it’s really encouraging to see Heidi and Seal going strong. And the couple has plenty to look forward to in 2010. A new season of Heidi’s hit “Project Runway” kicks off Jan. 14 on Lifetime, and we bet they’ll both have their hands full with their new three-month-old baby Lou!

HEIDI KLUM PARTIES WITH PARIS HILTON FOR NYE

St. Barths is apparently not the only place celebs flock to celebrate the New Year festivities.
A-list couple Seal and Heidi Klum continued their holiday vacay in Aspen, Colorado last night (December 31) as they attended Niche Media’s Bing’s NYE Bash.
Hosted by Haley & Jason Binn and Aimee & John Oates, the low-key countdown event was also attended by none other than Paris Hilton and her on-again boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.
Paris the heiress made up for it by hitting the slopes for a little 2010. She tweets: “Skiing in Aspen is soo much fun! I love it here! Having the best time!”

New Year’s Eve has finally arrived and of course many of LA’s Socialites and celebrities will be ringing in two thousand ten in style!
This year’s NYE destination hot spots has LA’s trendsetting crowd scattered across the globe. From Sun Valley, Idaho to St. Barth’s in the French West Indies, LA’s Socialites are well versed to traveling well, and most importantly partying well.

Colleen Reid was not the only Angeleno looking to trade in her surfboard for a snowboard this New Year’s Eve. Beautiful and blond, twin sisters Suzie and Nicole DeFosset decided that the slopes of Aspen, Colorado would be the perfect setting to ring in the New Year. Apparently Paris Hilton and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt were in complete agreement with the DeFosset twins. Aspen has long been a popular ski destination for many celebrities (as we all know, Charlie Sheen was just in Aspen last week) bringing a touch of Hollywood glamour with it’s upscale shopping and fine dining for it’s finicky visitors. Since arriving in Aspen, it has been a non-stop party for the beautiful DeFosset sisters with their nights spent hanging out at the infamous Caribou Club and partying with Hilton, Reinhardt, and Brandon Davis. With the festivities about to start one can be sure that whatever plans the DeFosset sisters have lined up for tonight, whether it be a stop at the Aspen Peak Magazine Party at the Jerome Hotel or dinner at the Caribou Club, they will not be disappointed.

New Year's Eve is about beginnings, right?
Word comes from Aspen that Paris Hilton danced on her chair to the song "Smells Like Teen Spirit" along with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt and ex-boy toy Brandon Davis at Aspen Peak magazine's bash at the Hotel Jerome, hosted by Microsoft Bing. Heidi Klum and her husband, Seal, arrived 45 minutes after midnight and did not dance on chairs.

They partied it up on New Year's Eve in Aspen along with Paris' ex Brandon Davis. The pair locked lips at the Aspen Peak magazine and Microsoft Bing bash at the Hotel Jerome.
